Overview:

Treasured Vessels Foundation is a non-profit devoted to providing a long-term safe place for healing and growth to individuals impacted by trauma from exploitation in sex trafficking. At the core of Treasured Vessels Foundation is the rescue, repatriation, and rehabilitation of trafficking survivors (residents). The ability to manage the operational aspects of this process in Salesforce is vital to create a 360 view of the resident life cycle. Ksquare’s expertise in Salesforce helped Treasured Vessels Foundation accelerate their cross-departmental efforts and also streamlined their data management capabilities to keep adding to the world of good.

Challenge:

Our client was not using the full power of Salesforce to automate and improve their day-to-day processes. They felt frustrated that they had to input data manually and felt that Salesforce was cumbersome and not assisting the company. Data replications and inconsistencies, along with a lack of automation and capability to get enhanced reporting crippled their ability to successfully get a 360 view of their database & management solutions.

Solution:

The Ksquare Group was brought in to help them leverage their technology to improve their workflows and overall business. We implemented Salesforce to manage accounts, contacts, residents, campaigns, volunteers, opportunities, donations, and events using the Salesforce Non-profit success pack.

We also created future state architectural enhancements including custom objects to track resident applications, onboarding and management processes. Automation to improve data entry and connections with events and volunteers through our client’s website and the Mailchimp integration was another key solution to leveraging their technology.

Results:

From being a frustrated Salesforce user and doing double the work to having an efficient automated system gave our client a clear direction on how to grow their non-profit. Ksquare was able to implement Salesforce effectively, and our client was able to entirely manage and track their residents, volunteers, donations and campaigns with a 360 view. Having the ability to manage their database properly also gave them valuable insights to help them continue to grow their non-profit and help those in need.
