Project overview

Our expert team faced this problem using a Human – Centered Design approach.


We started by doing a workshop with stakeholders to understand the business needs. Then we began the discovery phase to understand the target, goal and user needs. Once we had a clear understanding of the existing requirements and needs, we began creating user journeys, wireframes, a design system and high-fidelity mockups.


All these designs were simultaneously validated to confirm that they met the business and user needs.

The problem / challenge

Mexico is one of the countries with the highest rate of obesity, both in children and adults, and this project goes a long way towards helping people change their mindset and improve their lifestyle.

 

Most places that provide fitness and health services require that they be purchased separately on-site or by phone. The idea of ​​this project was to be able to do all of this online from your phone, tablet or computer in a faster and easier way.

 

This project will be an all-in-one concept in Mexico that has fitness, fun and health, where customers can work body, mind and soul.

The outcome

The brand has 3 main modalities:
fitness, fun, and health.

Each mode shows the different activities and schedules, as well as calories and times for each one.

To help people have more information about each of the classes:

We created these informative pages where we show the description of each class, pre-requisites, benefits, and a multimedia section to see how each activity works.

The center will have several restaurants.

Which will have different food and beverage products to complement the experience.

We made some illustrations for the empty states and error messages!

All illustrations were aligned to the values, colors, and distinctive elements of the brand. In this way, we complemented the experience in a visual and illustrative way.

Even though a Design System was not required…

We decided to make one to have consistency throughout the project. We designed 3 different buttons, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary, for different uses and their states. The color palette is aligned with the brand identity as well.
